Residenza Oltrarno Apartment - Florence

It provided more than enough space for our group of 11, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also convenient, with multiple bus lines nearby and the train station just a 15-minute walk away. The owner, Filippo, was really good and were really nice too assist us. From providing recommendations for restaurants and taxis to helping with reservations, he made our stay nice. I can't recommend Residenza Oltrarno enough. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

It was a pleasure to meet Filippo, the host, everything was excellent. I loved the location, it was central. Besides, a supermarket and the main shopping center were next door.

The apartment has air-conditioned bedrooms and a kitchen with a dishwasher. It was such a relief to come back to a cool room after exploring the beautiful city. Plus, having a kitchen made it convenient for me to cook my own meals at times.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the quadruple room a little unnecessary. But hey, some people might appreciate it for catching up on their favorite shows.

Nothing not too like.

This apartment is mind-blowingly spacious, clean, and well-cared-for. The beds are super comfortable. The location is jaw-droppingly perfect, within walking distance to the historic areas and with easy access to city buses. Filippo, the host, is incredibly helpful and provided us with jaw-droppingly useful information about the city. The amenities, including wi-fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning. There were cots available for families with young children. The strict no pets policy and no smoking on site made our stay even more enjoyable. I couldn't recommend this place more to my friends and family!

Good location, great host - he even gave me tips on how to survive in a city! Only downside? No helicopter landing pad.

Stayed in this delightful apartment with charming terraces. Loved the quiet neighborhood, easy access to buses and the washing machine. What a treat to have private parking nearby. The location made me want to stay longer!

The geyser took a little time to provide hot water for the last few people taking a bath. Other guests mentioned that they were the only ones staying at the apartment during their visit, which might affect the atmosphere for those looking for a more social experience.
